A purl is a ripple, and ebb in water and also defined as a type of edge stitching using a metallic thread. I like that word for the series title because the lines and form can look like flowing water or the drape and ripple of fabric in the wind. Each Purl is a single, crafted image, created in camera and purposefully presented.
