Form Types begins with an alphabet — a set of images conceived as a font, each one a discrete visual unit. The works that follow draw on just a few of those images, returning to the same forms repeatedly at different scales and orientations, building each piece from a limited but flexible vocabulary. All works are black and white. Two large pieces are printed on fabric; a series of smaller prints on kozo paper introduce color fields that punctuate and divide the space."
