Replacement Policy
Overview
All Sales are final. If there is any issue with the condition of your print on arrival to you, I will work with you to find a solution. Prints can be fragile and might crease if handled incorrectly. I can't be responsible if a print creases after delivery and handling by the buyer. Please document any damed packaging before you open the package.
Replacement
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a print, send us an email at jofowood@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are exchanging more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping
Shipping is handled by FedEx and/orUSPS and subject their policies while in transit. We will attempt to ship all merchandise within 7-10 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified, Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
